Please join us for our monthly ADHD parent support session! Come along for a cuppa and friendly chat with other parents on a similar journey.

This month we will be meeting in the morning on August 28th from 9:30am to 11am. We’ll be discussing managing parental stress and wellbeing.

This session is accessible in person at Lakelands Library & Community Centre and online via zoom. Its the same session, just two ways you can attend.

*Please note children cannot be accommodated for at the library venue, please arrange alternitive childcare or join us online instead.*
