Free Pilates in the Gardens – George Robinson Garden

Unwind your body and mind as the sun sets with gentle yoga in the tranquil George Robinson Gardens.
Classes are held every Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7pm, between 21 October and 9 December.
Yoga is a low-impact workout that builds core strength, improves flexibility, and supports better posture.
Beyond the physical benefits, it is widely recognised in Australia for its positive impact on mental wellbeing — helping to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and encourage mindfulness.
Practising yoga in nature adds an extra layer of calm, connecting you to Mandurah’s beautiful outdoor spaces.
These sessions are open to all ages, however participants under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Whether you come alone or with friends, this is a great way to relax, re-energise, and then continue your evening with a meal or snack at one of the local businesses nearby.
