The Dare to Care project is an innovative collaboration between the City of Mandurah, Perth South Local Jobs and Nudge. The Dare to Care project aims to recruit older retirees to become mentors for new entrants, work placement students and trainees in the aged care sector. Nudge will provide mentor training via a one day workshop, then connect you to aged care employers who are seeking mentors to work 2 – 6 hours per week to assist new staff members (hours are flexible).
