Mandurah Guided Heritage Walk – Mandurah Museum

May 8 @ 14:00 - 15:30

FREE

To celebrate the Australian Heritage Festival 2025 theme Unearthed, Mandurah Museum will host a special guided walking tour through Mandurah’s historic heart, where the past comes to life through its iconic buildings and sites.

The tour will commence at 2pm at Christ’s Church Anglican Parish of Mandurah, corner of Sholl Street and Pinjarra Road, Mandurah.

Covering a 1.2 km route, this tour offers a deeper connection to the City’s rich heritage, beginning at the Anglican Church and winding through key landmarks such as the first post office, the Bridge Café, Tuckey’s House, the Brighton Hotel, Hall’s Cottage, and the War Memorial.

Along the way, participants will uncover the architectural history of these sites, hear the stories of the people who shaped the town, and gain a broader understanding of Mandurah’s cultural evolution.

This immersive experience complements the ongoing archaeological dig and exhibition, providing a well-rounded exploration of the region’s past.
