Managing fear and anxiety – 10am – 10.40am
Feeling nervous about your job search or new workplace challenges? This workshop, led by Workskil, will equip you with effective strategies to manage your fear and anxiety. Learn valuable techniques to handle these emotions and their impacts on your work life. Whether you’re starting a new job or dealing with workplace stress, this session will help you build confidence and resilience.
Nail your interview: essential preparation techniques – 11am – 11.30am

Join us for this practical workshop by the Jobs and Skills Centre, where you’ll learn about various interview formats and how to prepare for them.
