Our popular outdoor fitness classes are returning this February and are running until April.

Join us at Keith Holmes Reserve for fun and active fitness classes suitable for all ages and abilities.  

Exercising in the outdoors has benefits for both physical and mental health.  It can help to improve mood, reduce stress and boosts energy levels.

So come down, connect with nature and enjoy Mandurah’s stunning scenery whilst fitting in your morning workout.

For those who want to stretch and centre themselves, you can also join our Tuesday evening guided Yoga sessions.

Date: Thursdays, 6 to 27 February and 27 March to 17 April.
