Postnal Wellness Program at Dawesville Community Centre – Dawesville Community Centre

If you’re a new mum looking to safely return to movement, rebuild strength, and prioritise your wellbeing, our Postnatal Wellness Program is designed just for you.
This supportive four-week course is led by accredited Safe Return to Exercise Trainer Stacey Flynn and offers a gentle, progressive approach to postnatal fitness.
The program focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, incorporating mindfulness and stress relief techniques, and fostering connection with other new mums in a welcoming environment. Whether you’re easing back into exercise or simply seeking time for yourself, this program provides a safe and inclusive space to do so.
Perfect for new mothers living in our southern suburbs — Dawesville Community Centre is close to home, making it easy to attend without a long commute.
A free information session is held the week prior to the program start, giving you the chance to ask questions and determine if it’s the right fit for your recovery journey.
Participants must be at least six weeks post-delivery or twelve weeks post-caesarean. Classes are breastfeeding-friendly and baby change facilities are available.
Information Session: 22 October 2025.
Postnatal Wellness Program commences: 29 October 2025.
